In Your Room
A complete kitchenette service, with cooking utensils, (a detailed inventory can be found in your hotel room directory), is available at a daily charge. Should you wish to take a self catering option or make use of this facility, please inform reception who will arrange access for use. We can also supply a ‘start up’ food pack which can be ordered from reception.
The LCD colour television set located on the dressing table, offers you over 37 cable television and radio stations free of charge. Should you wish to avail yourself of the movie channel package, or use the WiFi service, please ask reception who will advise you the relevant access charges.
From your bedside telephone set you can access other rooms and reception. Should you wish to call an outside line or overseas, you can purchase a phone card which you can then use form the comfort of your room, from reception. Please check your country prefix number with reception if you are not sure, or look at the hotel directory booklet in your room..
Housekeeping is carried out on a daily basis. Towels are replaced every other day. Of course helping us to reduce environment impact by maximising the use of towels would be very much appreciated. Hence if these are not placed in the bath or shower tub, it means that you do not want them to be replenished. Bed Linen is refreshed every three days.
Private Laundry Service, our housekeeping will be very happy to provide you with an efficient laundry service.( a price list is located in the hotel room directory.) Kindly contact reception or housekeeping for further details.
For your peace of mind and independence, a private electronically operated safe deposit box is available and located in the wardrobe of your room. Directions for operating it are on the safe deposit box itself. A hair dryer is also available in your room.
Tap water is fit for drinking, and so also good to brush your teeth. Bottled mineral water is available from the vending machines located in the hotel landings or from the hotel’s restaurant -bar.
Restaurant-Bar
Continental breakfast and dinner are served in our cosy hotel restaurant-bar. Kindly book your choice of sitting time with reception so that the best service can be assured. Cooked breakfast is offered at a supplement and a set menu for dinner is daily displayed in the morning for the evening. A la carte is also available during dinner. Breakfast sittings are at: 07.00; 08.00; and 09.00. Dinner sittings are at: 19.30, 20.15 and 21,00. Weather permitting, meals can also be served ‘al fresco’ on the terrace outside, facing the restaurant-bar. We also serve special lunches.
The Bar service is available on a daily basis from 10.00 till 19.00 and then again from 21.45.until 23.00. During dinner, drinks can also be served on request.
Swimming pool
We have a spacious pool deck area with sun beds for your enjoyment. Toilets-changing rooms and an open shower for use before entering the pool are available. The pool is open daily from 08.00 to 18.00. Should you wish to use beach towels, reception will be able to provide you with one, for a small charge.
Roof Top Sun Deck and Spa
There is a spa bath located on the roof together with a spacious sun deck area for your comfort and enjoyment. Sun beds are available and free, but the use of the Spa bath is at a charge and needs to be booked with reception.
Emergency – Doctor’s Service
The hotel is close to Mater Dei Hospital and Gzira Clinic. Should you need a Doctor, please contact reception immediately and a Doctor will call as soon as possible. Please see separate guide for useful telephone numbers.
Check out and Check in times
When you arrive before 12.00 your room will be available at 13.00. On departure day rooms must be vacated latest at 11.00. Should you wish to retain the room for further time, depending on availability, this can be arranged with reception against a small charge. Kindly settle all bills not later than a day prior to your departure. All major credit cards are accepted.
